  We broke down on our start to our holiday on the south Eastern Freeway on 1st September 2017, my hubby went with the tow truck and myself and daughter waited 1.5 hours for a taxi that couldn't seem to find us on the side of the road. Then two buses pulled up from this company for a welfare check and let us use their phone and drove us to Crafers to wait for another taxi. Couldn't be more greatful of their assistance. Absolute gentlemen!!
